This website, thetastybalance.net ("the Site"), is operated by The Tasty Balance, a small family business based in Kyiv, Ukraine ("we", "us"). We sell digital recipe ebooks through our shop on Etsy. This policy explains what data we do and do not process in connection with the Site, our shop and our internal tools.

1. Data we collect on this Site

The Site is a static informational website. We do not require accounts, do not offer forms, do not run our own analytics and do not set our own cookies.

• Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs, as necessary to serve the Site securely. This processing is based on legitimate interest (security and delivery of the Site).

2. Purchases

All purchases happen on Etsy (etsy.com). Etsy is an independent controller of the data you provide there; see the Etsy Privacy Policy. From Etsy we receive only the order information needed to deliver digital products and provide customer support (such as your Etsy username and order details). We do not receive your payment details.

We use order information solely to deliver products, handle support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Our internal tools and social media

We use our own internal software to manage our shop listings and to schedule and publish our own content (images and links to our own products) to our own social media accounts, such as Pinterest, through the official APIs of those platforms.

• These tools access only our own accounts and our own content.
• They do not collect, store or process personal data of other users of those platforms.
• They do not scrape content, do not act on other people's accounts and comply with the applicable platform policies.

4. Email

If you email us at [email protected], we use your address and message only to reply to you. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

5. Data retention

Order-related records are kept only as long as required for support, accounting and legal obligations, and are deleted afterwards.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability.
